Self-Pay Packages (join directly). Our wellness packages and programs are self-pay, with transparent flat pricing — the price you see is the price you pay. Insurance is not billed for these packages. Microbiome test kits are HSA/FSA eligible; check with your plan administrator for details.
Monthly Membership (join directly). Our monthly subscription is also self-pay, billed as a flat monthly rate you can cancel anytime. No insurance required, no hidden fees.
Through a Partner Practice (insurance-covered). If you're referred to Pandora Health through one of our partner medical practices, your visits may be covered by your commercial insurance plan. Coverage varies by plan; deductibles, coinsurance, and copays may still apply — in most cases, you'll pay only your usual co-pay. We'll verify your benefits before your first visit so there are no surprise bills.
Pandora Health is not enrolled with state healthcare programs (i.e., Medicaid, Medi-Cal). We cannot treat Medicaid or Medi-Cal patients at this time, even as self-pay.
